Abstract
Solid pseudopapillary tumour (SPT) of the pancreas is a low-malignancy-potential tumour of the pancreas. It mostly occurs in young female adults. It is uncommon in childhood. Here, we present the case of an 11-year-old girl with SPT. Copyright 2012 BMJ Publishing Group. All rights reserved.
