Abstract
Intestinal type adenocarcinoma is a slow growing tumor of sinonasal area, that account for 4 of malignancies of this area. In women it occurs sporadically. This tumor rarely metastasis to other organs. In this article we presented a woman with sinonasal intestinal type adenocarcinoma with optic nerve involvement and multiple bone metastasis. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
